種無しぶどうを真っ二つに切ると出てくる、甘くて、食べやすくて、種がない、 人間の夢が叶った最高の果物、の跡の空洞。
真ん中で流れてる映像では、その跡をとにかくめっちゃ見てみる！
ぶどうは豊穣と循環の象徴だった。
古代ローマでは、ワイン、酩酊、自由、狂気、豊穣を象徴する神バッカスを讃える
秘密の儀式「バッカナリア」が収穫の時期に行われていた。
バッカナリアはかつて女性たちだけで夜にこっそり行われる秘密の宗教儀式だった。
徐々に男性も参加するようになり、開催頻度も増し、乱交・狂乱・暴力的な感 じになっていったと言われる。
サン = サーンスのバッカナールを BGM に、真っ赤なジベレリンに浸された 種を持たないぶどうたちが狂乱する。
Dream Hole Machineは、植物ホルモンとオペラの劇中歌と共に 狂乱の中で空洞を持つものたちがまぐわい、そしてその狂乱からワインが生成 されるマシーン!

When you cut a seedless grape in half, what emerges is the hollow trace of the sweetest, easiest-to-eat, seedless fruit—
the ultimate realization of a human dream.
In the video projected at the center, this hollow is obsessively, endlessly observed.
Grapes have long symbolized fertility and cycles of renewal.
In ancient Rome, secret rites known as Bacchanalia were held during the harvest season, in honor of Bacchus, the god of wine, intoxication, freedom, madness, and abundance.
Originally, Bacchanalia were clandestine nocturnal rituals performed only by women.
Over time, men joined, the gatherings became more frequent, and they are said to have turned into frenzied, orgiastic, even violent spectacles.
With Saint-Saëns’ Bacchanale as the soundtrack, seedless grapes—red from immersion in gibberellin—plunge into delirium.
Dream Hole Machine is a device where hollow-bodied beings copulate in frenzy, accompanied by plant hormones and operatic song—
a machine in which, from the very chaos, wine is generated.
